About the job
Key Responsibilities
1. Visit shops, restaurants, retail stores, and other local businesses.
2. Introduce and explain the Go&Get App
3. Onboard merchants onto the Go&Get Shop App.
4. Assist merchants in creating and publishing promotional offers.
5. Build strong relationships with shop owners and business managers.
6. Follow up with merchants and encourage active platform usage.
7. Generate monthly recharge revenue by helping merchants subscribe to suitable plans.
8. Achieve monthly revenue targets and submit activity reports.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,65,000 - 3,25,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 15,000 - 25,000 /year
