Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives. They should be well-organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Position: Executive Assistant
Experience: 10+ years
Required Experience: Candidates must have 10+ years of continuous experience specifically in an Executive Assistant role . ( Preferred Male Candidate)

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management.
Manage complex calendars, schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and sensitive information with discretion.
Manage business travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, and expense reports.
Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and other management documents.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on the executive's behalf.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure of important tasks.
Screen and manage calls, emails, and correspondence as required.
Organize leadership meetings, conferences, events, and business engagements.
Maintain an effective filing and documentation system.
Support senior leadership in day-to-day coordination and special assignments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
