Associate Director - Research

· To be responsible for developing, managing and delivering research engagements 

· Have the potential to design out of the box thought processes and analysis framework.

· Ability to work independently and do client handling, Key Account Management focus

· Consultant will develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues

· Consultant will provide depth of knowledge and experience across all industry to help companies seize opportunities in a world of constant change

· Client Management, generate repeat business. 

· Strategic inputs to proposals.

· Regular Client liasioning, client meetings to expand client base etc.

· Ability to develop a strategic framework

· Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues

· Ability to understand / read business environment and build POVs 

· The role will involve regular collaboration and discussions with US counterparts and other global clients.

· On a need basis, the position may require attending late-evening calls (up to 10:00 PM IST); flexibility in working hours will be provided.

· The candidate will work on engagements for global clients across multiple geographies.

Requirements

· Post Graduate (preferably MBA)

· Understanding of Business Research, Market Research and Analyzing Business Issues

· Global perspective, appreciation and understanding of business marketplace

· Willing to travel (depending on project requirement)

· Appreciation for numbers and working knowledge of quantitative / statistical techniques

· Team Management skills

· Project management experience

· Should have Good analyzing and presenting skills

· Ability to multi-task, Manage multiple projects

· Should have handled client facing responsibilities in current / past role

· Self-starter and detail-oriented

· Ability to take end to end ownership of assigned tasks
