About the job
Key Responsibilities:
The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, managing enquiries, conducting property tours including on weekends and holidays, negotiating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks also include advising clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages, along with generating and following up on leads. What we Offer: 1. Experience in Sales and Property transactions preferred
Strong Customer Service and relationship skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Familiarity with the local real estate market in Bengaluru is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is advantageous
Should be willing to work on weekends and holidays; and take a weekday off
Should have her/ his own transport
Should have her/ his own laptop
Ability to commute/relocate to East Bengaluru, North Bengaluru & South Bengaluru.
