Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.
· Talent Acquisition : Source and attract top IT talent through various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, employee referrals).
· Client Management : Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
· Interview Coordination : Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for technical assessments.
· Offer Negotiation : Handle salary negotiations, offer letters, and closing candidates.
· Market Research : Stay updated with market trends in the IT sector to identify talent pools and innovative hiring strategies.
· Candidate Experience : Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Database Management : Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipelines.
· Performance Metrics : Achieve hiring targets and KPIs set by the organization.
