Role & responsibilities
- Set product vision, strategy and portfolio priorities
- Lead and grow the product and technology team
- Align product plans with sales, operations and leadership
- Ensure security, privacy and quality standards in all products
- Report product performance and investment needs to leadership
Qualification & skills
- Graduate in engineering / technology; MBA preferred
- Senior product leadership experience
- Strong strategic, communication and stakeholder-management skills
Verification
- Government-issued identity and age proof after shortlisting
- Education and experience records relevant to the role
- Police or background verification where required
- Medical fitness and client-site screening where applicable
