About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition2. Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and documentation
3. Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
4. Ensure compliance and HR documentation management
5. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
6. Build employee engagement and retention strategies
7. Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations
8. Coordinate with internal teams for workflow and resource allocation
9. Ensure SOP adherence, discipline, and productivity
10. Support process implementation and operational efficiency
11. Assist in organizational growth planning and workforce scaling
12. Support multi-location expansion, office setup, and staffing
13. Participate in strategic discussions and execution planning
14. Convert management decisions into actionable plans
15. Ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by leadership
16. Track task progress and ensure closure
17. Identify gaps and drive process improvements
