About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
3. Install and configure Windows OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and other applications.
4. Provide support for LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, and basic networking issues.
5. Perform preventive maintenance and health checks of IT equipment.
6. Replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboards, and power supplies.
7. Coordinate with OEM vendors for warranty and hardware support.
8. Maintain service reports and update support tickets.
9. Ensure timely resolution of client issues while meeting SLA requirements.
10. Provide basic user training and technical assistance when required.
