Department: Manufacturing.

Regional Quality Manger

Primary Purpose of Role

To Monitor closely all the incoming inspections, ensure laboratory analysis and packaging quality, online Quality checks, DQI on day to day basis in the respective CP and prepare the quality data.

Internal

CP Owner, CP QA Team, CP production Team, CP Process Team, Regional Purchase, Corporate Quality Assurance, Regional maintenance, Regional Quality, Consumer care Regional Officer. FCC, Planning, Scale up.

External

All RM / PM suppliers / Mc Vendors / PCI / External NABL Labs.

Key Decision Making in this Role:

Online Product Quality, Process & packaging parameters, all incoming materials are as per Quality specs.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

1. Ensure Online Quality Including Product Quality, process Quality.
2. Ensure CCP with Defined Frequency.
3. Ensure DQI & Quality Wall on Defined Frequency.
4. Ensure PVA Adherence for CP.
5. On Time FG Analysis & water testing from External lab.
6. CQA and PCI Audit Gap Closure.
7. RCA / CAPA for Quality Complaints.
8. Coordination of New / Restage Trails at CP.
9. Ensure Daily Cleaning / Calibration of Lab equipment,
10. Ensure Data updating in daily report and Quality Matrix format,
11. Daily organizing and attending Monitoring Quality Target meeting with process / packaging dept and giving necessary feedback on improvements
12. Updatingweekly / monthly quality Report in soft formats and preparing quality trend,
13. All packaging operation quality checks
14. Inspection of all incoming raw materials and packaging materials as per the BIL standard procedures and specification requirement.
15. Giving feedback to supplier for necessary corrective actions on non standard materials if required.
16. Reporting deviation with respect to Process /packaging to respective concern peoples
17. Training to shop floor peoples on quality front.
18. Online commercialization, Renovation, Innovation, New Product development.
19. Hands on Experience on Presentation skills, SAP, Excel, Communication skills.
20. Statutory and Regulatory Compliance at CP’s.
