Role Description The Customer Care Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries. The Customer Care Executive will resolve issues, guide clients on services and solutions, and maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing product and service information, coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs, and supporting sales efforts through follow-ups and lead nurturing. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, contributing to service improvements, and maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and support conversions.
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage multiple queries, and use CRM or ticketing tools effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role in digital services or similar industries is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelors degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred.
