Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Records: Manage daily HR tasks, maintain employee databases, and update HR trackers.
2. Onboarding & Exit: Coordinate joining formalities, verify documents, and issue offer letters.
3. Attendance & Leave: Track employee attendance, handle leave queries, and send inputs for payroll.
4. Employee Servicing: Resolve routine employee queries regarding policies, leave, and documentation.
5. Documentation & MIS: Prepare HR reports, maintain physical/digital files, and handle MIS trackers.
6. Internal Coordination: Work with recruitment, payroll, and other teams to streamline HR workflows

06 Months – 1 Year of experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, HR Administration, or a similar role.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Good knowledge of basic HR processes.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Ability to handle employee queries professionally.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
