About the job

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate with a strong focus on lead generation through paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns while optimizing performance to maximize lead quality and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Generate high-quality leads through performance marketing campaigns.
3. Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and ROI.
4. Manage and optimize the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
5. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
6. Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads is preferred.
