Locations:

• Warangal – Lopamudra Arcade (2 Positions)
• Karimnagar – CVRN Road (2 Positions)
• Khammam – Swarna Palace (1 Position)

Industry: Premium NBFC
Product: Near Prime Mortgage
CTC: Upto 6 LPA 

Job Responsibilities:

• Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through open market, DSA, builders and connector channels.
• Generate new customer acquisition and achieve monthly business targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, builders and referral sources.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth login-to-disbursement process.
• Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 2-6 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP or Mortgage Sales.
• Experience in sourcing through DSA, Builder or Open Market channels is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local mortgage market.
• Candidates from Banks or NBFCs preferred.
