Job Title : Azure & PostgreSQL Support Engineer (6 - 8 Years)Location : Mumbai / Chennai / PuneShift : Rotational (24x7)Role Summary :- Manage and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and PostgreSQL databases.- Perform database administration, monitoring, performance tuning, backup, and recovery.- Handle incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, and production support following ITIL practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployments and issue resolution.- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python (preferred).Required Skills :- Microsoft Azure Administration- PostgreSQL Database Administration- ITIL & Service Management- Incident & Problem Management- SQL Performance TuningPreferred :- Azure Certifications (AZ-900/AZ-104)- PostgreSQL Replication- PowerShell, Bash, or Python Scripting (ref:hirist.tech)
