The   Senior  Recruiter   will be responsible for driving   end-to-end recruitment strategies and execution , managing the hiring pipeline, and leading a team of recruiters to attract, assess, and hire top talent within the   Salesforce ecosystem .

This role combines   hands-on recruiting, team leadership, stakeholder management, and process optimization   to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring across India and the US markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Recruitment Strategy:   Develop and implement effective sourcing and hiring strategies to attract top technical talent.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:   Partner with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
  
• Pipeline Management:   Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, networking, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  
• End-to-End Hiring:   Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  
• Market Engagement:   Build talent networks through industry events, communities, and social platforms.
  
• Process Optimization:   Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  
• Recruitment Metrics:   Track, analyze, and report key hiring metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
  
• Market Awareness:   Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and best practices in IT recruitment.
  

Requirements

• Experience:
  
• Minimum  9+ years of IT recruitment experience
  
• Strong exposure to   both India and US hiring markets
  
• Experience hiring within the   Salesforce ecosystem   is required.
  
• Skills:
  
• Strong understanding of   Salesforce technical roles and skillsets
  
• Excellent   communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  
• Proficiency in   ATS tools and modern sourcing techniques
  
• Education:
  
• MBA in HR / Business Administration or a relevant degree in Engineering (preferred)
