Location: Bangalore

CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shift: Night Shift
Transport: Company Transport Available
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Maximum

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Perform General Ledger and Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
  • Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
  • Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, audit schedules, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within GL operations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting or Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics .
  • Strong knowledge of Journal Entries, Month-End Close, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Accounting .
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and formulas).
  • Good understanding of US GAAP or IFRS accounting standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

  • Graduate
  • Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days .
