About the job
Key responsibilities:
1.Handle all inbound sales enquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels promptly and professionally2. Carry and manage the sales phone throughout your working day responsiveness is essential
3. Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and present tailored product solutions
4. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis
5. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM
6. Follow up on enquiries to maximise conversion rates and minimise lost opportunities
7. Collaborate with colleagues across all three Moonstone Hammock sites to ensure a seamless customer journey
8. Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and any active promotions or campaigns
Support the wider sales team with any ad hoc tasks and contribute to a positive team culture
Skill(s) required
English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel MS-Office

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, friendly phone manner
2. Strong ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with grace
3. Highly organised with good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented — driven by results and incentives
5. Comfortable working 6 days per week, including Sundays when required
6. Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software
7. A positive, team-first attitude and commitment to the Moonstone Hammock brand values
