Job Title: Design Engineer – Mechanical Department

Experience in process calculations like pump hydraulics, pipe-line losses, utility estimation, process/utility line sizing calculation.

Preparation, updation & modification of P&ID’s.

Preparation of Line list, Equipment list & Tie-in lists Reports.

Process Plant & Utility Area Qualification

Preparation of Plant Building Layout, Equipment Layout, Piping Layouts & Isometrics

Developing the specifications and enquiry documents of various utility equipment’s such as Chillers, Cooling tower, Boiler, pumps etc.

Preparation of Tender & B.O.Q for piping, fittings, valves & insulation, technical Data sheet for pipes, Valves & other special parts for the mechanical tender.

Preparation of Fire Hydrant/sprinkler system design basis, Layouts & Tender Documents.

Techno-commercial meeting with vendors for negotiations after the tabulation of technical & commercial comparison sheet to meet all the vendors technically par..

Close coordination with the suppliers/contractors/vendors and project coordination to comply the tender specifications.
