About the job

Key responsibilities:

1)Meet prospective clients and understand their interior and construction requirements.
2)Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assess project feasibility.
3)Explain design concepts, materials, and project execution plans to clients.
4)Convert client inquiries into confirmed projects by building trust and providing professional guidance.
5)Prepare quotations, coordinate project discussions, and follow up with potential clients.
6)Supervise day-to-day interior and civil work at project sites.
7)Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, contractors, and labour teams.
8)Ensure work is completed according to drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
9)Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement with the office team.
10)Resolve on-site issues and maintain smooth communication between clients and the execution team.
11)Provide regular project progress updates to clients and management.
12)Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships throughout the project.

Other requirements

Strong communication and client-handling skills.

Confident in meeting customers and converting inquiries into projects.

Basic knowledge of interior design, construction materials, and civil work.

Ability to read drawings and understand site layouts.

Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.

Must have good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

Prior experience in interior execution, site supervision, or sales is preferred.

Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications is preferred.
