Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect located in Noida. The Project Architect will be responsible for managing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, client requirements, and deadlines. Key responsibilities include preparing submittals, supervising BIM-based workflows, coordinating with clients and consultants, and contributing to sustainable design initiatives where applicable. The candidate will play a vital role in project management and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques Experience preparing and reviewing Submittals throughout project lifecycles Strong expertise in Project Management and client coordination Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills A professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's) Experience working on mid- to large-scale projects is a plus Licensure as an Architect is preferred but not mandatory
