Key Responsibilities: 1. Security Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and protocols to safeguard the corporate office facility against internal and external threats.
Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement. 2. Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, train, and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance standards for security team members. 3. Surveillance and Monitoring:
Oversee the installation and operation of surveillance systems, access control systems, and other security technologies to monitor and control access to the corporate office premises.
Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner. 4. Emergency Response Planning:
Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures to effectively address security incidents, including fire emergencies, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
Conduct regular drills and simulations to ensure readiness and preparedness of the security team and other personnel.
