Position: Marketing Manager – Luxury Residential Real Estate
Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive qualified demand, revenue growth, and sales for luxury residential projects.
- Partner with the Sales team to optimize the customer acquisition and conversion journey , from lead generation and site visits to negotiations and booking closures.
- Drive campaigns targeting HNI, UHNI, and NRI customers to enhance project visibility and market penetration.
- Manage brand strategy and positioning to establish a premium and differentiated identity within the luxury residential segment.
- Oversee Digital Marketing, Social Media, Search, Property Portals, Email Marketing, and Offline Campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, inventory absorption, customer acquisition cost, marketing ROI, and other key performance metrics.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, corporate alliances, and referral networks to drive sales opportunities.
- Manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho for lead tracking, nurturing, reporting, and sales alignment.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer trends, pricing dynamics, market opportunities, and positioning strategies.
- Develop dashboards, reports, SOPs, and performance frameworks to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Sales Enablement , preferably within Luxury Residential Real Estate .
- Strong experience in real estate marketing, lead generation, brand positioning, and customer acquisition .
- Proven exposure to HNI, UHNI, and NRI customer segments will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, CRM, Performance Marketing, Property Portals, ATL/BTL, and integrated marketing campaigns .
- Experience working closely with Sales teams, channel partners, brokers, and referral networks .
- Strong analytical, commercial, communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates with experience in premium/luxury residential projects will be preferred.
