Key responsibilities:

1. Meta Ads (Campaign setup, CBO, retargeting, lookalike audiences, lead ads)
2. Google Analytics + UTM tracking (track which ad brought which registration)
3. Pixel/Conversion API setup (tracking website registrations from Meta/Google)
4. Performance mindset: Knows CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS. Able to decide "should we spend 20k more on this ad set"
