Human Resources (Part - Time)

Overview

HR plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department. They gain exposure to various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support HR team in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and HR compliance efforts.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Provide support in training and development activities for employees.
  • Assist in coordinating HR events and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new concepts quickly.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or related fields is advantageous.
