Human Resources (Part - Time)
Overview HR plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department. They gain exposure to various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support HR team in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and HR compliance efforts.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
- Provide support in training and development activities for employees.
- Assist in coordinating HR events and activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- MBA degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new concepts quickly.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or related fields is advantageous.
