Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct home test rides for customers while ensuring a safe and professional experience.
2. Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to prospective customers.
3. Assist customers throughout the sales journey and resolve their queries.
4. Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and generate referrals.
5. Coordinate with the dealership team for test ride scheduling and sales follow-ups.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily field activities.
7. Achieve assigned sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
