Senior Patent Analyst / Patent Expert – Litigation, SEP, FTO (5–14 yrs) (Work on invalidity, EoU, FTO, landscape, and SEP matters with global law firms and corporates) Are you a technically strong patent professional with experience in patent litigation, invalidity searches, EoU analysis, FTO studies, or SEP-related work? About the Role: In this role, you will work on patent litigation support, invalidity analysis, EoU charting, FTO searches, and SEP-related projects. You will: Lead and execute invalidity, EoU, and FTO analyses Work on SEP identification and licensing-related studies Handle client-facing deliverables and presentations Define project scope and support proposal/SOW preparation Mentor analysts and ensure quality of outputs What We're Looking For: 5–14 years of experience in patent searching, claim analysis, and IP research Strong experience in invalidity searches, EoU charting, FTO studies, landscapes, or SEP work Ability to independently manage client deliverables Strong understanding of patent claims, prior art, and infringement analysis Experience working on litigation or licensing-driven projects is preferred Why Work with Us?
