Roles & Responsibilities - Senior Video Editor
Key Responsibilities:
Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for Meta ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging ad creatives with strong hooks, transitions, captions, and storytelling techniques.
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to execute content strategies aligned with brand goals.
Handle color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and overall video enhancement.

Ensure videos are optimized for performance marketing and audience retention.
Shoot and manage video content when required for campaigns and product shoots.
Maintain brand consistency in visuals, style, and editing patterns across all content.
Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and content assets efficiently.
Deliver edits within deadlines while maintaining premium quality standards.
Stay updated with latest editing trends, viral formats, and social media content styles.

Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and video editing tools
Understanding of performance marketing creatives and social media trends
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing/content creation

Preferred:
Experience in D2C or food/product brand content
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations
Understanding of camera handling and lighting setup

We believe in making our products using ancient methods to deliver them in their purest forms so we use a few traditional methods like extracting oils using a wooden churner and making ghee using the Vedic bilona method.
