About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Make follow-up calls to clients for outstanding payments.2. Maintain daily call logs and payment follow-up records.
3. Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and overdue tracking.
4. Share ledger details, invoices, and payment confirmations with clients.
5. Assist in resolving customer queries related to payment discrepancies.
6. Maintain a polite and professional tone while communicating.
7. Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
