About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write compelling Hindi scripts for reels, short videos, documentaries, and social media campaigns.
2. Create captions, slogans, posters, and creative copy for graphics, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
3. Assist the Video Editor in script planning, storyboarding, and content execution.
4. Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Research Associate to ensure high-quality communication material.
5. Proofread and fact-check all content before publication.
6. Support the team during field visits, events, interviews, and campaign planning.
7. Research government schemes, policies, current affairs, and social issues to create accurate and engaging content.

Other requirements

1. Candidates with an internship or experience in journalism, content writing, digital media, or social media management will be preferred.

2. Graduation in journalism, mass communication, hindi, political science, public administration, or related fields is desirable.

3. Excellent command over written Hindi (English understanding is an added advantage).

4. Interest in politics, governance, public policy, current affairs, and digital media.

5. Creative thinker with willingness to learn AI tools and modern content creation techniques.

6. Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

7. Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
