Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Processing:

  Recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.  

   

• Financial Reporting:

  Preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and budget reports.  

   

• Compliance:

  Ensuring that financial records and reports comply with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.  

   

• Process Improvement:

  Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance controls, and improve operational efficiency.  

   

• Collaboration:

  Working with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.  

   

• Analysis and Interpretation:

  Analyzing financial data to identify trends and insights, and communicating this information to management.  

   

• Training and Support:

  Training other team members in the R2R process and providing support to resolve accounting queries.  

   

• Auditing:

  Cooperating with auditors and resolving audit queries.  

Experience:

:-6 years

Mandatory Skillset:-

1. Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills

2. Analytical and problem solving ability

3. Knowlege of budgeting and planning tools

4. Atleast 5 to 6 years of accounting experience dealing with month end, budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis.

5. Should have experience dealing with large data sets.

6. Should be an intermediate CA/CMA(india)/ACCA/CMA (US)/Post graduate in Finance.

7. Should have good communication skills.
