Qualification: CA/CMA
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of experience in Audit, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GST, Indirect Taxation, SEZ, EOU, and EXIM-related matters, along with excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
Exposure in following areas:
1. Audit & Compliance
Conduct Compliance, Concurrent, and Management Audits.
Handle GST, SEZ, EOU, and EXIM-related audits.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Direct Tax, and other applicable statutory regulations.
Prepare, review, and finalize audit reports, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Assist clients during departmental audits and regulatory assessments.
2. Taxation & Refund Claims
Handle GST and other indirect tax compliance matters.
Prepare and verify various tax refund claim applications.
Provide advisory services on GST, Customs, Central Excise, and Service Tax.
Assist clients in obtaining export incentives and benefits under various government schemes.
3. Legal & Regulatory Advisory
Interpret applicable tax laws, commercial laws, and regulatory provisions.
Draft replies, legal notices, recovery notices, appeals, and writ petitions.
Assist in handling litigation matters related to Direct and Indirect Taxation.
Support representation before tax authorities and other regulatory forums.
4. Client Advisory & Documentation
Guide clients in establishing effective statutory compliance systems.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve compliance-related issues.
Maintain and contribute to the organization's Knowledge Bank with regulatory updates.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of GST and Indirect Taxation.
Understanding of SEZ, EOU, EXIM, and statutory compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and legal interpretation skills.
Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel.
Strong drafting, reporting, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Strong client coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
