Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Relationship Manager to join our team in Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in home loan sales and a strong network in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Meet potential customers to understand their home loan needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Maintain proper documentation and update CRM regularly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of home loan products and process
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good network with builders, real estate agents, and loan aggregators is a plus

Qualifications :

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in home loan / LAP/ open market
