Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO professional with specialized expertise in In-House Cash (IHC) functionality to support the design, configuration, and implementation of advanced treasury and cash management solutions within our SAP environment. This role is critical in enabling efficient intercompany financial processes, optimizing cash flow visibility, and strengthening internal liquidity management. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of FIN-FSCM-IHC modules, hands-on experience in implementing core IHC components, and a strong understanding of SAP FI integration and intercompany accounting. This position plays a key role in driving financial process excellence and ensuring compliance with corporate treasury standards across global operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and support In-House Cash (IHC) functionality within SAP S/4HANA.
  
• Implement and manage core IHC components including In-House Banking, Intercompany Loans, Intercompany Deposits, Internal Payments, and Cash Pooling/Netting.
  
• Ensure seamless integration between IHC and SAP FI, CO, and Treasury modules.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements and process flows.
  
• Provide configuration support during implementation projects and post-go-live enhancements.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to IHC transactions and reporting.
  
• Support testing activities including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  
• Document system configurations, business processes, and operational guidelines.
  

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience with a focus on financial accounting and integration.
  
• 1-2 years of dedicated implementation and configuration experience in In-House Cash (FIN-FSCM-IHC) modules.
  
• Proven experience in implementing: In-House Banking, Intercompany Loans, Intercompany Deposits, Internal Payments, and Cash Pooling/Netting.
  
• Strong understanding of SAP FI integration and intercompany accounting principles.
  
• Experience with Treasury and Cash Management processes and best practices.
  
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and FIN-FSCM modules.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within global project teams.
