About the job

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Application Administrator with strong expertise in NetSuite ERP Administration, system integrations, user access management, and financial systems support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of NetSuite and related business applications. This role will work closely with finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external consultants to support financial reporting, business processes, system upgrades, and strategic initiatives while maintaining high levels of system reliability and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP and associated business applications.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security configurations across systems.
• Perform system configuration, change management, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop, modify, and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Manage NetSuite upgrades, customizations, integrations, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize systems to support daily business operations and strategic projects.
• Coordinate with technical consultants and business stakeholders to implement new functionality and process improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain third-party integrations with NetSuite and other enterprise applications.
• Support custom feature development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, integration, and application-related issues.
• Collaborate with NetSuite support teams and external vendors to resolve defects and technical challenges.
• Gather business requirements and recommend system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Support audit requests, compliance activities, and management reporting requirements.
• Assist in data extraction, validation, and reporting for finance and business teams.
• Document processes, configurations, system changes, and support procedures.
• Participate in system upgrade planning, testing, communication, and production implementation activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5-8 years of experience supporting ERP applications and enterprise business systems.
• Strong hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
• Experience managing NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of ERP system administration, configuration, and support processes.
• Experience managing NetSuite integrations, customizations, and third-party applications.
• Good understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting system upgrades, testing, release management, and change control processes.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for application and integration issues.
• Experience working with external consultants, vendors, and cross-functional business teams.
• Knowledge of data management, reporting, and audit support activities.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
