Personal Assistant to CEO
Designation: Executive Assistant to CEO Employment Type: Full-time Location: Bangalore (Bommanahalli) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires exceptional coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Plan, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring alignment with key business priorities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor and follow up on tasks, projects, and commitments to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in coordinating corporate events, board meetings, and special projects.
- Perform general administrative support including email management, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting Chief-level executives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
