Personal Assistant to CEO

Designation: Executive Assistant to CEO

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Bangalore (Bommanahalli)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires exceptional coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring alignment with key business priorities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Monitor and follow up on tasks, projects, and commitments to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in coordinating corporate events, board meetings, and special projects.
  • Perform general administrative support including email management, correspondence, and document preparation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting Chief-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
