Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support ongoing HR transformation initiatives. The consultant will work closely with the client, delivering high-quality implementation and support services across key SuccessFactors modules. Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central (EC), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0) Engage directly with the client to gather requirements, provide functional expertise, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment activities Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution during the project lifecycle Ensure adherence to best practices and SAP standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Strong expertise in Employee Central (EC), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0) Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients Willingness to work in the Australian time zone
