Location: Indore, MP (On-site) Salary range: up to 40,000 per month What You'll Be Doing: Team Leadership & Delegation: Manage and oversee a team of designers, delegating tasks, reviewing output, and ensuring brand consistency and quality across all team projects. Core Visual Design: Lead visual design across brand identity, graphics, social media creatives, packaging, and more. Client Interaction: Present concepts confidently to clients, explain rationale, and iterate based on feedback. Team Mentorship: Mentor junior designers through clear, constructive feedback, performance check-ins, and hands-on guidance. Ideation: Generate original and innovative design ideas that align with project requirements. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects independently, allocate team resources effectively, and ensure deadlines are met with minimal supervision. Innovation & Systems: Stay up to date with market trends and emerging technologies. Utilize AI-assisted design tools to multiply research, logic, and rapid system prototyping. Translate strategy into clear, scalable visual systems that work across platforms.
