- Computer proficiency and networking expertise
- Troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and time-management skills

- Change management, problem management, and root-cause analysis
- Ability to handle multiple issues without causing downtime
Mid-level Consultant (Citrix Admin)
- All junior-level requirements
- Build, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Citrix products
- XenApp, XenDesktop, and PVS image administration
- Farm and Site administration
- VMware and Microsoft Active Directory experience
Senior-level Consultant (Citrix Admin)
- All mid-level requirements
- Citrix engineer-level expertise
- PVS image creation
- Farm and Site development
- Citrix policy and Microsoft Group Policy administration
- Citrix NetScaler experience
