About the job
This role is for someone who enjoys both design thinking and on-the-ground execution someone who can handle drawings, communicate confidently with clients, and ensure details are executed correctly on site.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop concepts, layouts, material selections, and detailed interior solutions.2. Create working drawings and presentations using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
3. Attend client meetings and confidently present design ideas.
4. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants during project execution.
5. Conduct regular site visits to oversee workmanship and ensure design intent is maintained.
6. Manage projects end-to-end, from design development to handover.

1. Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD is mandatory.
2. Experience with Enscape for rendering is a strong plus.
3. Strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, and detailing.
4. Good communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to efficiently manage timelines, drawings, and on-site coordination.
6. The candidate should be based in or around Mumbai.
