Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline

Experience: Fresher / 1-3 Years (relevant industry experience preferred)


Job Location : Koramangala, Bengaluru

Language: English is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

● Coordinate the successful execution of all training programs, preparing and managing batch schedules in consultation with trainers.

● Monitor daily class operations, ensure timely commencement of sessions, coordinate classroom and online training logistics, and track student attendance records.

● Act as the primary point of contact for students on batch schedules, assessments, certifications, and general queries, ensuring timely communication of schedules and announcements, and resolving issues by coordinating with trainers and management.

● Coordinate with trainers on schedules, materials, and assessments, ensuring operational support and substitute coverage when required.

● Maintain student records, enrolment details, attendance, assessments, and certification data, and organise study materials, assignments, and recordings.

● Coordinate internal assessments and examinations, maintain assessment records, publish results, and coordinate certification processes with certification partners.

● Coordinate with the Placement Team on eligible students, schedule mock interviews, aptitude tests, and placement drives, and maintain placement-related documentation.

● Maintain operational reports and dashboards, manage inventory for classrooms and training materials, and ensure classroom readiness before every batch.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, and coordinate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Faculty, HR, and Finance teams.

Job Type : Full-Time (Mon-Sat, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
