  JOB DESCRIPTION
  MakersLoft, an institute for hands-on learning, is looking for trained and experienced pre-school teachers to teach 2-6 year olds through hands-on building blocks.
  Responsibilities and Duties
  

  Classroom Instruction:

  Conduct interactive and age-appropriate classes for children, incorporating a variety of hands-on activities and creative play.
  Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  

  Curriculum Implementation:

  
  Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities to meet the unique needs of each child.
  Plan and organize engaging lessons that align with early childhood education standards.

  Parent Communication:

  Maintain open and ongoing communication with parents regarding their child's progress, achievements, and any concerns.
  Conduct periodic parent-teacher meetings to discuss the child's development.

  Material and Kit Maintenance:

  Manage and maintain teaching materials and kits, ensuring they are organized and readily available for lessons.
  Conduct regular checks and updates to ensure the safety and functionality of educational materials.

  Individualized Attention:

  Provide individualized attention to students, addressing their specific learning styles and developmental stages.
  Create a supportive and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
  

  Qualifications:

  
  Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
  Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in young minds.
