About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with potential students, identify their key pain points, and create personalized growth journeys to help them enroll in courses aligned with their career objectives.
2. Counsel leads on their personal growth prospects in the education industry.
3. Maintain a strong and supportive rapport with all students.
4. Follow up post-enrollment to ensure student satisfaction.
5. Stay updated on market trends and participate in brainstorming sessions with the counselling team to develop new growth strategies.
6. Use CRM tools to track leads and manage pipelines daily.
7. Achieve monthly targets and unlock fast growth opportunities within the department.

Other requirements

1. 1+ years of experience in counselling or sales in the EdTech space (preferred but not mandatory) or 1–2 years of experience in academic or school counselling.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills, strong conversational ability, and proficiency in English.

3. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills with the ability to work within deadlines.

4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining a professional, client-oriented attitude.

5. Understanding of the education industry and the current needs of teachers and school leaders.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory).
