About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end software project delivery, including planning, execution, release, and post-release support.2. Create and manage project roadmaps, scope, milestones, sprint plans, and release schedules.
3. Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Business teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, scope changes, and deliverables.
5. Drive Agile practices, including Scrum/Kanban, sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
6. Ensure clear task ownership, priorities, deadlines, and regular follow-ups across teams.
7. Proactively identify project risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays and escalations.
8. Coordinate UAT, release readiness, deployment, and post-release support activities.
9. Manage client communication, expectations, feedback, approvals, and escalations.
10. Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and KPI-based updates for management.
11. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal delivery processes.
12. Use AI tools for project planning, documentation, reporting, analysis, and productivity while validating outputs before use.

5. Good understanding of SDLC, UAT, Testing, APIs, Deployments, and CI/CD processes.
6. Strong Client and Stakeholder Management skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
8. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
10. Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
11. Comfortable working with remote or distributed teams across different time zones.
