About the job
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities for real estate projects. The candidate will ensure quality execution, timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
2. Monitor project progress and ensure completion within timelines.
3. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
4. Supervise civil works including structural, finishing, and infrastructure activities.
5. Ensure construction quality as per approved drawings and standards.
6. Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
7. Estimate material requirements and monitor consumption.
8. Verify contractor bills and maintain project documentation.
9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
10. Resolve site issues and provide technical solutions.
11. Track project budgets and control construction costs.
12. Coordinate approvals and handover activities
