About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in the Canada region
2. Promote telecom products such as plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers
3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions through consultative selling
4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently
5. Handle customer objections and rejections in a professional manner
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
7. Ensure adherence to process guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
8. Deliver a positive customer experience while maximizing revenue generation

Note:

1. Job Location: Gurugram (Candor Techspace)
2. Work Mode: 100% work from office
3. Shift: US-Canada night shift (10-hour working shift)
4. Transportation: Pick-up and drop facility available for night shifts
5. Compensation: INR 3.9 LPA
6. Incentives: Up to $50/month based on achieving sales targets (over and above fixed pay)
7. Interview Mode: Virtual (Microsoft Teams)
8. Interview Date & Time: 6th August 2026, between 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
