About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist the sales manager in developing territory sales plans aligned with company objectives
2. Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies for underperforming areas
3. Build strong relationships with key clients from corporate, government, and private sectors
4. Identify high-value clients and focus on long-term account development
5. Supervise junior sales executives during client meetings when needed
6. Achieve individual sales targets and assist in team sales goals
7. Regularly analyze sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary
8. Guide and mentor sales executives in lead handling, client interactions, and closing techniques
9. Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure seamless order execution
10. Maintain updated records of leads, client interactions, quotations, and order status
11. Submit weekly and monthly reports to management with analysis and recommendations
12. Explore new business avenues in Raipur and neighboring areas through market research
13. Recommend new product developments and marketing initiatives based on client feedback
14. Represent the company in industry exhibitions, promotional events, and client demos
15. Ensure brand visibility and recognition in the assigned region

Requirements:

1. Be a local resident or willing to relocate
2. Own a vehicle or have dependable transportation for field visits
3. Show willingness to travel across cities and work flexibly as per client schedules
