Campus Ambassador Internship
About MyCaptain:
MyCaptain is one of India's leading online skilling platforms, helping college students build in-demand skills and career-ready portfolios through mentorship-led courses. We're looking for driven, well-connected students to represent MyCaptain on their campus as a Campus Ambassador.
Role Overview:
As a Campus Ambassador, you'll be the face of MyCaptain in your college, promoting our programs, driving student engagement, and helping your peers discover skills that boost their careers. This is a target-based internship where your effort directly translates into rewards.
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Promote MyCaptain's courses and programs within your college and network.
- Drive student sign-ups/enrollments (referred to as "units") through social media, WhatsApp groups, college events, and word-of-mouth.
- Organize or support on-campus promotional activities and information sessions.
- Act as a point of contact between MyCaptain and students on your campus.
- Share regular updates and feedback with the MyCaptain team.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled students (any year, any stream) at recognized colleges/universities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active on campus and social media.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or Campus Ambassador roles is a plus but not mandatory.

Stipend & Incentive Structure:
- Target: 15 units per internship cycle.
- On achieving the target, receive 100% of the promised stipend.
- On exceeding the target, earn an additional 10% of the extra revenue generated, on top of the base stipend.
- No cap on earnings — the more you contribute, the more you earn.
