About the job

This is a hard-core sales role focused on converting leads into long-term collaborations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Meta, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and other social media platforms.
2. Connect with potential clients, nurture relationships through regular follow-ups, schedule consultations/demo calls, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
3. Handle client queries, overcome objections, maintain CRM records, and convert qualified prospects into paying customers while achieving lead generation and conversion targets.

1. Graduate in any discipline ( BBA and MBA prefer )

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, Tele calling, or Sales Conversion.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Experience using LinkedIn, Meta, and social media platforms for prospect outreach.

5. Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

6. Comfortable working independently in a remote/work-from-home environment.

7. Experience in coaching, wellness, education, training, consulting, or service-based sales will be an added advantage.

8.Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented candidates preferred.
