Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Lab Grown Diamond Sales Manager for our Hyderabad location. The role requires full-time commitment and demands 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will engage in promoting and selling lab-grown diamonds and will focus on expanding our presence in the jewelry industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with B2B sales is crucial to manage and grow the client portfolio effectively.
- Possess jewelry industry knowledge to provide meaningful insights to clients and stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
- Business development skills to identify and seize new growth opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Competence in lead generation to attract and retain potential clients (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to form and maintain strategic partnerships that enhance business growth.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting to predict future sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills to relay information accurately to clients and team members.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and maintain a competitive edge.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to reach sales goals and expand the customer base.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while establishing new ones.
- Provide insights about market trends and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Engage in direct selling to jewelry industry clients, offering tailored products and solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to design compelling pitches and promotional material.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data for future planning and develop comprehensive sales reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
