About the job
Key responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details.Follow up with generated leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Fix appointments and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and share suitable project options.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.
